Description
War Hammer Armaments MP5SD
Only 300 Units Will Be Produced
The War Hammer Armaments MP5SD is being offered as a limited-production firearm, with only 300 units planned for manufacture. Each rifle includes a Certificate of Authenticity documenting its place within the production series.
Once all 300 units have been allocated, this model will be retired from production.
The War Hammer Armaments MP5SD is our modern interpretation of the legendary integrally suppressed 9x19mm platform, enhanced with the patented WHA Super Safety lower housing.
Originally developed to meet the demanding requirements of specialized military and law enforcement units, the MP5SD features an integral suppressor that maintains the same overall length and profile as a standard MP5 while delivering exceptional sound suppression.
One of the defining advantages of the MP5SD platform is its ability to run standard-velocity 115-grain 9mm ammunition without requiring specialized subsonic loads. The integral suppressor design allows shooters to enjoy the benefits of a suppressed platform while using commonly available ammunition, making the MP5SD one of the most iconic and practical integrally suppressed firearm designs ever produced.
Widely regarded as one of the quietest suppressed firearm platforms ever developed, the MP5SD has earned a legendary reputation among enthusiasts, collectors, and professional users alike.
The integrated suppressor also helps reduce muzzle flash while maintaining the controllability, reliability, and accuracy that made the MP5SD famous worldwide.
Built around the proven MP5SD design and upgraded with the patented War Hammer Armaments Super Safety lower housing, this platform delivers the iconic handling characteristics shooters expect while incorporating modern WHA engineering and craftsmanship.

Current Federal Transfer Guidance
Effective October 9, 2026, current ATF guidance states that NFA prior-approval, registration, tax-stamp, and Form 4 transfer requirements are not being enforced for silencers/suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and AOWs. This is current enforcement guidance and may change.
The WHA MP5SD remains subject to all applicable federal firearm transfer requirements. It must be transferred through a properly licensed FFL when required, and Form 4473, NICS/background-check, recordkeeping, and other Gun Control Act requirements continue to apply where applicable. State and local laws and transfer restrictions also remain in effect.
Machine guns and destructive devices are not included in this guidance and remain fully subject to the NFA. ATF Form 20 interstate-transport requirements continue to apply to SBRs and SBSs. Super Safety restrictions are separate and unchanged.
Purchasers are responsible for confirming eligibility and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. War Hammer Armaments will coordinate required transfer documentation prior to shipment.
