Support & Warranty Center

Before submitting a warranty claim, let us help you determine whether your issue requires warranty review, installation support, compatibility guidance, or armorer assistance.

Many issues can be resolved faster without returning your product.

STOP - Before You Submit a Warranty Claim

Start here before filing a warranty claim so WHA can help route installation, compatibility, configuration, shipping damage, and product-function issues correctly.

Filing a warranty claim is available when appropriate; this page helps prevent unnecessary delays.

SUPPORT FIRST

Get The Right Help First

Installation questions, compatibility questions, wrong-item concerns, and configuration questions should start with WHA Support before a warranty request is filed.

Use installation help, armorer guidance, or direct support so the issue is routed correctly the first time.

WARRANTY PATH

When Warranty Review Is Appropriate

Warranty review is appropriate when a product arrives damaged, a part breaks, or a product appears to malfunction after proper installation and compatibility review.

You may file a warranty claim for review. WHA may request photos, video, order details, product information, host firearm information, installation details, configuration details, round count, and issue timing before a claim can be evaluated.

REVIEW FIRST

Before You Submit

Confirm installation instructions, installation video guidance, correct model selection, full-size or K-model fitment where applicable, and shelf or push-pin compatibility where applicable.

Do not dry fire the lower when it is not attached to the firearm. Dry firing the lower while detached from the firearm may void warranty coverage.

Photos are required. Video is highly recommended for function issues.
